Default Any tips on catching Lobsters?

Wanted to know if there were any secrets in catching lobsters
Ive never done it myself and I was just wondering if there is a skill to catching them or do you just grab them any which way? Just thinking of going out catching them in the near future.

The easiest way to catch a lobster is to very quickly reach try to pin the claws down with your hand then pull the lobster out with a half twist of your wrist. There is a step by step guide here.

Post back, let me know how it goes. Hope you catch something!
