Default Sharking

A little off topic though, but still I am interested in knowing what type of equipment is needed to do sharking. I have been rounding up some scores in the fresh at Northern California in Crowley Lake but its starting to get a little boring with freshwaters

I hope you are not thinking of getting a spear gun and diving in to get sharks... But well no, thats not how its done. Not with a normal fishing rod idea.
Not an expert at fishing but, they normally catch sharks with steel lines and anglers I think.

You need a big ship too...

I don't you you would get a lot of whites around Many sharks are just about the size of a person so it would be easy to rear it up.
But seriously... you better find someone experienced to tag along... I personally don't want to fall into shark infested water, no matter how much they tell me that sharks don't USUALLY attack people...

I already got to dive next to a shark once, was at aquarium and was free! My mates told me i wouldn't have the guts to do it and well you know what that does to you don't you!hahaha.. well i catually was with 2 pro's for the dive itself who lasted about 10 min as other people were waiting, the shark wasn't all that big (about 60-70 cm i think) but i was proud once in the water believe me!

that truely is something to be proud about.

But seriously speaking, sharking would be the last thing i would like to do for a feel of thrill and action. Man, i dive for fun with water in water not for fun inside some sea animal's stomach!!

I think humans should stay clear from sharks, that way they won't have anything to complain about the day something goes wrong... many of the shark attacks i hear of , come from people trying to approach them

I know that they should, but sometimes it's so hard to do so, it's in the human anture i guess, what fascinates and scares up realy does attract us in a way

I always try and stay as far away as possible from shark areas and wouldn't even think a second about hunting them.
I've been a few times out in sea with friends on tuna hunts though, not that i can realy compare can I!
