Default First Purchace

I whant to practice diving just in like 15-30 feet of water first in lake superior. I don't want to spend a lot of money on equiptment like no more than 900$ at the most. Later on i will probiablly buy better equiptment but for now I just whant to start out with this i want the full set so if anyone can help me find the best cheapest equiptment set or seperate items to make a set please help me.

Your best bet is to prchase used equipment. Try some of your local dive shops, they may have rental gear to sell. Another option is Ebay. Lots of great gear at low prices. Just make sure if you purchase from a private party that you have the gear inspected and serviced at a dive shop. Hope this helps and be safe.

I agree with Resqdivemedic,

Sure new gear is nice, but if you intention is to upgrade later, just buy the used stuff for now. I'd personally trust your dive shop over ebay.... just knowing it's been inspected makes ya feel good right?
