Default Light headedness

Ok so recently on 3 occasions I've experience light headedness once even in in a pool doing some training? - this seems to only last about 10 secs and seems to occur at the beggining of a dive - anyone got any ideas about this - I'm not sure if I'm breathing correctly at the beggining?

Hard to say. Did you have a sinus infection? Do you remember if you move your head sharply? How did you feel during and after the dive? If ok, did you change something in the beginning of your dive? There are occasions in a beginning if you stand up quickly in a pool you can cause light headiness. I would review my steps in the beginning and also see a doctor just to rule out any underlaying medical condition. You may also want to check Diver alert network website they may some advise for you.
