i went to the doctors last week for my medical and yay the doctor has said im all fit and can continue scuba, 5 year medical, so i must stay healthy forever,it is such a good feeling when you can do something you have a real passion for.

the tests took abut half an hour and included a lung test which the results were excellent, i have not needed medication for my asthma for 6 years so im very lucky indeed that i can dive.

Thanks guys for the links they were handy and resoucefull

eat sleep and walk scuba

I'm very happy that nothing has kept me away from diving yet , if not a broken arm about 5 years ago but it was unbelievable how fast you recover from one of those , and lucky for me it was in winter, so i didn't seem to miss out on anything
