No matter what i do and how hard i try i cannot stop my mast from fogging, does anyone have any ideas because i am out

First, try cleaning your mask with toothpaste. Yeah, toothpaste. A little dollop on each lens and rub vigorously. Rinse well, repeat. Toothpaste is a mild abrasive that will take the gunk off a mask that can cause fogging.
Second, use a deffoger JUST prior to getting in. Spit works if your on a budget! It's, well.....inelegant. I've been accused of worse though.
Third, Don't put your mask on until you are just getting in the water.
Lastly, Submerged, don't be afraid to let a little water in and swish it around. Remember those mask clrearing drills?

Oh and don't forget to rinse your equipment after each dive in fresh water before you put it away.

In addition to cleaning off that stuff from the manufacturer with toothpaste, I've tried and tested quite a few things. 1st I tried that 500psi mask defoger stuff. I think it's pretty worthless. Without boring you with the details, let it be said that I've experimented a bit with this and here is the best 2 options.

1. Buy some Johnson & Johnson "no tears" baby shampoo, mix it 50/50 with water in a spray bottle, apply it to your mask, and don't rinse it all out. Your dive will smell like a baby, but it will be clear!

2. This one is the best! go to www.fog-not.com and buy their solution. This is oderless and just works great! The have a terrible website, but the product rocks!

I promise if you do either one of these, you will not have mask fogging issues ever again..... period.

If all else fails, during your dive keep track of your breathing pattern. It may be due to the fact your breathing out of your nose, if not the best tip I can offer.

My Tip:
I put defog on my mask and let it dry in while I get the rest of my gear ready. I found this helps the defog adhere to the mask and it works alot longer during my dives. Make sure to rinse before putting on.

The simplest, cheapest, most effective solution? Ain't glamorous but it is the standard. Rinse your mask, then spit into it and wipe the spit around. There's something in saliva (an enzyme?) that helps keep it defogged. Not 100%, not a miracle, but helps a great deal. Then you let just a little water into your mask, and while you are diving you let it swirl over anyplace that has fogged to clear it. You only need a little water, and if it bothers your nose look for another mask which doesn't trap water by your nose. That's one of the things you pick up and make an automatic habit after you've been diving a while.

All the chemical stuff? Yeah, nice, but not at all necessary. One less thing to buy, pack, run out of, or have leak in your gear.<G>

Good ol' toothpaste to remove the processing oil from the lens, and then once you are in the water: Rinse/Spit/Rinse. You will have no fogging for the whole dive.
