Best night dive ever was in 26 feet of water in Bonaire at Town pier. Sea horses, tarpon fishing in divers lights, starfish, turtles.

oh nice, i'd love to be able to dive by night, it must realy be an exciting experience. But unless you are swiming around a boat with under water beams or have an underwater torch yourself it musn't realy be easy to see anything no?

And it could be dangerous... unless you are experienced.
because at night some predator fishes start coming out and they could attack right?

aha, the good old Jaws myth right?
I think those who dive at night just do it for the adrenaline realy, you know not seing around, just the sensation of darkness..................and water!

Agreed angel_blue.....that truely is for the adrenaline.

I would one day love to experiment the night diving pleasure, but ofcourse only after ensuring that there is full security down under with some great swimmers, doctors, coast guards...............

What do you guys think about going on for a dive intentionally in such a water where cyclone is predicted and that too during the night!! What a thrill that would be! Would surely love some company during such a nightout though

Quite an adventure going into night diving. The risk is there however thus necessitates strict precautionary measures. You must be well prepared before you dive at night taking into account for instance your diving environment, necessary tools for night diving like extra battery, food, extra clothes etc.

I'd love to go diving at night, the correct way with my equipement but i'd realy want to be sure of the place before, wouldn't want any bad surprises

Night diving can be fun because this is the time of the day when corals open up and extend their flower-like tentacles, spiders and shrimps leave their tubular sponges to search for food. Of course for the visibility, you can only rely on the light from your torch .
