What you should NEVER do when surfacing
Inhale
Your lungs could burst when the pressure starts to get lower and its best to exhale when you are raising.
Lets share some tips with the rest of the community.

The same applies to the muscles and bones of your body too. After coming out from deep pressures, it's adviced to loosen your body slowly before doing any hard exercise. Otherwise one can actually listen to their bones crackling.
