Mine is on a bungee cord hanging off my neck close to my mouth. In an emergency I donate my primary which has a 5ft hose I wrap arond my neck. The aded length gives you some room to manuver. Panicy divers don't respond as nicely as they do rescue class or practice. I swithed to this tech rig after dealing with a real pniced diver.

I have it tucked away on the right... easy for a "out of air" diver to get at, yet not dangling. Someday I'd like to get the integrated Octo on the inflater hose... much more simple.

Just purchased an intergrated octo in the BC inflator line. Been on 2 dives and havn't had to use it (thank god). The best thing I like about this setup is one less dangling hose. I now have 3 hoses which decreases my profile and prevents entanglements.

I was involved with a panicked diver situation and had to donate a reg. I also had to manage bouyancy for the both of us. I dumped their BC and controled mine. How does that work with it integrated? Can you breathe and work the inflator with someone hanging on? I've always found the lack of options disquieting.
