Hello!

Hi everyone! My name is Cameron, and I live in Daytona Beach, FL. I didn't realize this community had a new member forum till today (joined yesterday) haha. I was just so excited to post in other threads and learn some stuff

Im not certified yet, but my roomates and I plan on doing it very soon (next month or so). I have a few friends that dive and have always been jealous of them, so I cannot wait to take my lessons!

I really wanna do this soon so that we can go somewhere extremely nice for our Senior Year spring break next year and go diving

Anyways, this community seems to have a lot of excellent information to offer and I can't wait to start diving

Welcome. You realize of course that many of us regard where you are as "extremely nice"! Enjoy and dive safe.

Good point glynneco! Would love to live in that area for diving....

Anyway, Welcome to the board Cameron! Glad to hear you like this forum, and congrats on getting into scuba.... you will love it, and since you live fairly close to some awesome diving, make sure to take advantage of it!

lol, Thanks a lot guys. Yes, FL is great for diving from what I hear... but daytona beach is a pretty trashy town. I like the other parts of FL... if i didn't my name would be "Stranded in Florida" hahaha.
