I had a chance to go diving down in St Lucia but the misses had just had surgery
I'd like to give it a shot someday

yup, we got married in St Lucia

nope, not certified.. I would of taken the classes and everything, but with the misses surgery it wasn't an option unless I wanted to go without her.. and we all know that wasn't an option too.. for our honeymoon

Sorry to hear you missed your trip. There will be another time. Can you finish your training at home? That way when you go on your trip your certified already and can just have fun diving.
