I have no idea where this message will end up, because I can't find anyway on the main message board to start a new thread. Is the new thread button top secret. In any case, I would like information from anyone who has traveled on the Oceanus, a liveaboard. It sails from Cancun to the islands off the coast of Cuba and it is legal for Americans to go. Many thanks---baja, which, by the way, is one of my very favorite dive places.
