Default been with me since the beginning!

Hi all!
I poke my head in here every now and then to see if anyone is still around...

Since you guys were the ones who - just not all that long ago - answered all my questions about Open Water, "the perfect decent", and a dozen other things, I will always try to keep you posted on my progress!

I logged my 75th decompression dive yesterday ... 250 dives total now
(Yup, I am definitly addicted!)

oooh, ya...it was my first weekend diving with my Liquivision X-1....
Liquivision Home
holy Toledo, what an amazing computer - different than anything else out there! (and I thought I Liked my VR-3's - lol -- now all I can say is "VR-what??" LOL!)

Let's see - dive #250 was pretty conservative - to a max depth of 162', with a total run time of only 39 minutes. I bailed out to my computer due to COLD - the 101 degree weather prediction made me think it was wise to leave the drysuit at home...but even when it's over 100 degrees up top, it's still only 53 degrees down below 160' in Lake Mead - brrr! My core temperature was still low from my first dive (over four hours earlier) so I got pretty chilly pretty quickly.

Let's see - I'm still diving my double Faber LP85's - and absolutely love them - they are JUST the right size for me! I was carrying an AL72 with EAN50 and an AL40 with 100% O2 for deco.

Well - I was going to try to attach a copy of my dive profile - but I haven't figured out how to do that yet. Maybe I'll figure it out and add it later.

...so what's up next??
Well....I'm looking at Normoxic Trimix late this fall...as well as...yup - you guessed it! CAVE!!
I've been discussing starting my Intro to Cave and Cavern classes up here (there are just enough tunnels and the like in Lake Mead to get started)...then
my instructor and I would plan a trip to Florida to review my first two classes, then move on with the next two -- if it works out I could be Full Cave before January!

So what has everyone else been up to?
I'm dying to hear who's been going where and diving what!

...hey! I think I got it figured out!
here's dive #250! If this really is working I'll add dive #248 also!

(eek - now that it's posted, I feel a little embarrassed - it's a little sloppy at the end when I went to re-clip my deco bottles to the line

Hey Vegas,

Very cool. I am not sure what dive I am at I was not as good as I should have been keeping track. I'm glad to see how much your doing. A BIG becareful on cave but have fun. I don't want to do cave I also want an open bail out.
