Lightbulb Mysteriously fast sinking of Britannic explored

Each disaster embodied one of fate's sinister jests. Promoted as unsinkable, the Titanic submerged within three hours of grazing the iceberg. White Star studied the sinking and built fundamental improvements into Britannic, which slid down the ways on Feb. 26, 1914. When disaster struck -- or, more likely, when Britannic struck disaster -- she plunged under in 55 minutes.....
