Training and diving. The weather was wonderful, although a little windy, we had a small current at Pearl Lake, very unusual.
We started first thing in the morning there was a group of 8 divers in group one and 6 in the other group. Vis was very good at Pearl, somewhere between 10 to 15 feet.
I trained the first group and they did very well. Most of them stayed together a few popped up in the shallows, very normal for first dives. By the third dive the poppers had stopped and each time I did my count back, every one checked in. I was very impressed for new divers, they stayed with their buddies, asked each other their air supply and stayed in the location with each other.
My rescue diver ending up only being one, so he had a private class. We warned him he would be tried. That was the first thing he said on Sunday, how much more do we have, I'm still tired from Saturday.

He did very well, on one dive my divemaster was so convincing, we had to call off other divers from the site next to us. It was our underwater unresponsive diver. Although, It was good they were willing to help and not just pass by.
Sunday the weather was a repeat of Saturday (warm, sunny, windy).
It was a big group, but we had good help. 4 instructors, 3 divemasters, and 2 on shore duty. It makes my job easier and it makes the experience better for the new divers. I had a good time too, although I am feeling it today, a little slower and bit tired.
