Lightbulb Holidays at aquarium marked with annual visit by Scuba Santa

Quote:
This holiday season will mark the fifth year "Scuba Santa" will show off his underwater talent at the Newport Aquarium.

On the day they plan to visit, children and their guardians should arrive by 10:15 a.m. in order experience the new penguin parade in front of the gift shop. Each day one guest is chosen to lead the parade.

Afterward, visitors should head downstairs to see Scuba Santa and the world's largest magical underwater sleigh. Santa communicates with his audience and answers questions throughout his show, which runs several times during the day.

A new addition this year is the chance to see a dry "Scuba Santa" in the Aquarium's Gift Shop. Guardians may take photos of their children with "Scuba Santa" both in and out of the water.

Santa's Water Wonderland begins on Nov. 23 and runs through Jan. 1, 2008. Strollers are welcome at the aquarium, which is open to the public 365 days a year and located at Newport on the Levee in Newport. Ky.
