The camping trip last weekend was REALLY nice. We did a little free-diving right after dark, but didn't break out the scuba gear until morning. Two nice dives, a great buddy, and lots of fun.

This weekend....saturday we were out at Boulder Beach, hanging around with an Open Water class. (The buddy I was diving with had a friend in the class). Two nice dives, albeit quite shallow, but WARM water and a nice day.

Sunday we were back out at Kingman Wash. Did our first dive down to 111', and vis just got worse and worse the deeper we went. It was cold and refreshing, even though there wasn't much to see. The second dive was to a max of 55', mostly fish-watching....there were fish EVERYWHERE. It was great.

I got back in the water and all went well. My hubby came out to the site and helped me. Mostly he was a PA (personal assistant). He does not dive. He did help me with my gear off and on which helps. I dove wet the first day and the second day I had the deep dive so I dove dry. The temps were not bad 45 degrees in the hole. Again, not bad I was in a dry suit. The students were all diving wet. I ask them if they would consider diving dry next time and most said yes. Ears held up and all is well with them.

Glad it went well, Mama. Were you at Pearl or Haigh?

I'm dry for the next couple of weeks due to extreme dental work.

How are the teeth MgicTwnger? I'm hoping you're all healed up and back in the water!
