Default diving?
I was just wondering what fun and exciting places everyone is heading
this weekend!

My buddy and I (smile) will be heading out to a spot called
"kingman wash" on the Arizona side of Lake Mead. We'll be camping and
diving until Saturday afternoon. The weather is gorgeous, and the lake is warm. I'm still at work now, but I'm counting down the hours!

So what's everybody else up to?

I'll be in southern IL at Mermet Springs:

I'll be meeting up with another mod on another board I'm involved with who is bringing a group in from KANSAS AND NEBRASKA!

I am heading out to Pearl Lake. Don't let the name fool ya. I have both openwaters to work with and advanced students. I start each day around 8:00am and finish 8:00pm. They are long days but if I didn't love it so much I wouldn't do it.

Hey Mama,

I was at Haigh this weekend doing my Intro to Tech class (see my post). The viz was poor, but the water was warm.

Hope your ears are OK.

How'd it go? I'm DYING to hear the details!!

(so far I'm still on schedule to start my Advanced Nitrox and Decompression Proceedures in January....just gathering the gear, piece by "painfully expensive" piece, now.)

The class was hard, the instructor great. I figure I have a year's work to do before I'm ready for adv nitrox/deco with this guy.
