Default with 6 litres

How long can you hold under water with a bottle of 6 litres?
I suppose this depends of the depth so let's say for an average depth

The amount of time you can stay under is based on your physical conditioning, how relaxed you are (comes with experience), and what type of activity you are doing. The harder you work, the more air you use. I recently lost a bunch of weight and now I notice I use a heck of alot less air than before.
Dive safe.
