Anyone know if this snorkel is available?

I've only got a photo of this snorkel. I don't know if the maker is aqualung or not or the name of it and I haven't been able to find it on the web. It is an older model. Does anyone have any info on it and if it is available anywhere?

I don't know how to insert an image, so I attached the image as a jpg file.
