I've been buying most of my equipement on ebay these last 2 years, what do you think about it, is it risky?
I've never has any problems yet but wonder if some have maybe?

i have already bought a suit on ebay and was pleased with it. Of course i'd never buy my bottles over there and actualy i don't think thatwouldbe allowed in the first place

Purchasing on ebay definitly gives you a great price.... sometimes really good... sometimes pretty close to retail. The only problem I have with the risk is the warranty issue. All the manfucturers mention something in their agreement with scuba retailers about not using auction style portals like ebay to push their products, hence those that do push their products on ebay don't have the support of the manufacturer. So if you have a warrenty problem.... you're on your own
