I just bought an Aqualung Titan reg which has a DIN fitting, but my cylinder is set up for the saddle fitting. Is there some kind of adapter I can get?

You have two choices:
Get a yoke adaptor for your reg. These run about $40-50 US.
Spend around the same and get a DIN valve for your bottle.

Best solution IMHO is to do both. DIN is generally considered to be a more secure connection, and the adaptor will let you dive yoke bottles when you have to.
