Default diving air maths

Calculating what's needed!

example, on the basis of 12 litres of air per minute does it mean that:

at 10 meters I use the double: 24 litres/minute ?
at 20 meters, it's tripled: 36 litres/minute ?
at 30 meters X 4 : 48 Litres /minutes ????
