Rather than buying a compass to attach to my computer, I'm looking at getting a compass watch. It says it's water resistant for up to 100 meters, but my boyfriend tell me that the compass won't work correctly for scuba. The unit isn't actually made for scuba, by the way...

Has anyone used one? Also, it's a regular type-compass, not a digital compass.
