Default high pressure or low pressure tanks

im a newbee and i am wondering which is better high or low pressure tanks

Default hp or lp

lp tanks are better for the equipment over the long haul and you always get full fills. The hp tanks are sometimes shorted.

I like the steel because they are negative at the end of the dive so you need to carry less wgt.

look around at who you are or want to be diving with and match their equipment.

I like steel lp 110's myself
