I live in Miami, FL. I have recentely started taking my wife snorkeling to get her comfortable in the water.

We are know ready to purchase mask, snorkel and fins. I have 3 questions.

I would like my wife to use a dry snorkel that she wont swallow water when snorkeling. I've heard of problems with a few of them do to the seals. Can someone please recommend 1 or 2 different one's for me to compare.

My wife wants a full foot fin (she says boots are ugly!!). I want to get her one that she can snorkel and dive with????

I will be scuba diving and free diving. I was recommended by several to Cressi-sub Reactions as a good combination for scuba and light(35ft max) free diving. Any opinion??? This is my most important question.

As far as dry snorkels, I have no experience with them. FYI, I use to use a low end Tusa Imperex snorkel with a purge feature. If you get water in the snorkel, just blow hard and it escapes from a purge valve in the bottom. I dont use snorkles anymore, switched to a full facemask.
