You guys are probably right. When I see my friend I'll find out exactly what he's talking about. I'm going to try my 3mil under my 7mil and see how it goes.

There is underwear to wear under wetsuits, have seen guys wearing them. They call them rash vests. They are suposed to keep you warmer and make getting into and outoff the wet suit easier. I'd check windsurfing gear.

Ding I just googled rash vest and a lost of stuff came up. I'm going to check it out.

It's just thin neoprene with no value as insulation. It keeps you from getting stung.
