which do you prefer and why?
I realy don't like wearing wetsuits personaly so just stay to drysuits, they suit me better and i only dive in warm waters so far
I have been using a semi dry suit for the past 7 years and really like it. If not familiar, it is neoprene with double seals at the wrist and above ankles. Water still gets through but not as much as a wet suit and it stays alot warmer. I dove under the ice with it and didnt get cold. Tried a drysuit once and did'nt like it.
The first time I tried a Drysuit I was in Open Water class doing the training dives. I had to bail out of the first dive since something didn't feel right (Predive Jitters). I dove a few more times in a wetsuit and now I'm back in a drysuit.
