Thanks man. But it really wasn't the finding a dive buddy thing. This was something him and I could share in the experience together kind of thing. Right now as it stands I only see him about 3 times a year MAYBE 4 if we are lucky. And this was something that we both could look forward to, and get to see new places and things. We are really close, I talk to him almost every single day of the week and even on weekends.

Ok, so it has been a couple of years since I have been on here. And since this subject has been brought up. But thought that I would let y'all know the newest developments.

My brother went to a cardioligist(sp) (who knows diving, and dives himself), a couple of weeks ago, and they talked for a little while. The results are that he has given my brother the OK to go ahead and get certified and to have fun. The ONLY thing the Doc. told him was when he is doing his dive tables, to do them conservatively. This will limit the amount of bottom time he gets, but at least we can now FINALLY dive together. He just needs a job now (got divorced and had to move home) to pay for the class and the equipment. But things are beginning to look up. Just thought that I would pass on the GOOD news.
