Default silicone implant and diving

I had surgery for breast cancer since last diving - I now have a silicone implant (as part of my reconstructive surgery). Otherwise health is fine. Has anyone any experience of how the implant might react at depth? Not planning on anything more than 30m, if even that (I'd rather have a long dive at 20m than a short one at 30m)

Depending on the type of implant you have- silicone, saline, or silicone/saline combined, there may be insignificant volume changes in the impalnt which will not affect the implant itself or the surrounding tissue. Research on the silicone and the saline implants showed a 1-4% increase within the small bubbles in the implant. The combination type showed a greater increase but no enough to cause damage.
Two other concerns are the chest straps on your BC, if overtightened can lead to rupture. The other is buoyancy. The saline is neutral while the silicone is negative. You may have to adjust your weight accordingly.

Hope this helps, and dive safe.
