Default Where to go in November?

I want to go diving in November. Criteria: warm water (72 degrees at depth or warmer), relatively calm sea, overnighting on shore at 3 star or better lodging with good internet access, decent fish variety and quantity, viz greater than 40 feet, at least 3 dives per day - 4 preferred, fly most or all the way there on United, reasonable cost (air, lodging, diving < $2000 for 5-7 days for a single booking 5-8 weeks in advance), safe for a single woman traveling alone.

Any ideas? Where in North America/Caribbean is diving decent in November? If not in NA, any other ideas?

Much thanks.

How about a live aboard? I went on the Nekkton in November- they run the Bahamam's and now they are running the Cayman Islands as well. The food was very good and plenty of it. If you don't have a buddy one of the divemaster will buddy with you. I also have been on Grand Cayman and heard Little Cayman and Brac are all good. The water temp is still warm does not turn until late December. Food is exceptional on all three islands. There is shore diving on all three and no sand flees.

I would love to dive off a live aboard, but I can't because I need good, fast, reliable internet access for work. No work, no go

The place I stayed in the Grand Cayman's had internet access. One guy in our group had a camera on his laptop and watched a sunset with his friend who was back in the U.S.

I have also stayed in Roatan at Coco View Resorts and they had internet access. I had no trouble in accessing and using the internet while I was there.
