Bonaire, Netherlands Antilles is designed for scuba diving. It has over 100 diving opportunities which can be explored by diving enthusisats. This island consists of a marine park under protection by the government where divers can explore the underwater ecosystem.
I've never dived up in the netherlands yet, it's a beautiful country and i'll have to read a bit more about this as it could be an interesting place to dive.
