Default dive panama?

Any info regarding diving in Panama, Pacific &/or Caribbean coasts? New, novice & intermediate level divers looking for a place in the fall, out of hurricaine belt. Have been to Bonaire, St. Maarten, FL Keys, Bahamas, Playa del Carmen (cenote).

If your trying to get out of the hurricane belt it will take quite a bit. The Pacific had more then the east coast last year. Aruba might be a consideration due to its geographic location it is extremely rare for a hurricane to hit there. I have never been in Panama but my girl friend did her first ocean dives there and really enjoyed it, so it would be fine for beginners.
